Forward Litho started in Squirrel Hill, centrally located in the City of Pittsburgh, as “The Copy Center” in 1973, and began, well, as a place to go get copies. We added to our name and became ‘The Printing & Copy Center, Inc.” by incorporating in 1978, and as we came to know our loyal customers well, we answered their needs and our desire to grow by adding offset printing, typesetting, and a darkroom, a bindery, and thus, square footage and employees! In 1995 we decided we needed a name and image change, to represent our total immersion in the printing industry, and became “Forward Lithography.” In 1999, we left Squirrel Hill and moved over the hill to our own building and present location on Irvine Street, also centrally located in the city. We continue to grow in our knowledge and capabilities, our desire is to be the best in the business. Our people are the best. They are supportive, knowledgeable and experienced, and without them we could not have been successful for almost 38 years.
